The Church Has Left the Building!
Once again this year St. Luke's partnered with Christian Community Service Center for the Presbytery of New Covenant's 2nd Annual Day of Service. Volunteers from St. Luke'sassisted with CCSC's Back to School project by stamping vouchers for school uniforms, sorting school supplies, stuffing school supply bags and finally distribution to over 6,000 students. CCSC's Back to School project prepares Pre-K to 8th grade students with academic tools and increases overall self-esteem and mental readiness to learn as they begin a new school year.
