Service of Stained Glass October 16, 2011 10:55 a.m.

The Service of Stained Glass was created fourteen years ago to bring our beautiful windows to life through music. The music has changed for each individual presentation, but the focus of each window has remained the same.Sunday's service combines favorite hymns, traditional anthems and contemporary praise and worship music to interpret the stories of our windows in a fresh new way, with new stories emerging from the very same panes of glass. We extend a special thanks to our wonderful musicians for helping us “see our windows through a new light”. As you leave worship, please take a moment to view Mary Chism’s original pastel drawings of our windows in the Session Room, and Connie Lutton’s beautiful photographs in the Narthex.
