Rev. W. Scott Harbison  - Pastor

Rev. W. Scott Harbison began his ministry at St. Luke’s on June 18, 2007. Prior to being called to St. Luke’s, Scott served for eight years at First Presbyterian Church in Tomball, Texas. He was ordained February 19, 1996 and previously served churches in South Carolina and New York. Ministries involving camp leadership, youth, recreation, and young adults in the New Covenant Presbytery for the past 10 years have tapped Scott’s enthusiastic and energetic talents. This enthusiasm is one of the many gifts he brings to St. Luke’s.

Scott’s unique gifts to serve and create relationships include the ability to listen, to bring a sense of joy to his ministry, and to lend a sympathetic ear as one ready to listen and teach as well as learn from those whom God places in his path.

Rev. Harbison and his wife, Debbie, live in Houston in the Spring Branch area. Scott is father to three wonderful daughters. He is a family-involved Dad who loves learning with all three of his daughters. A true sports fan, Scott is a big follower of the Houston Texans, the Astros and The Bulldogs of Mississippi State.
