Rev. William S. Harbison – Pastor

Rev. William S. (Scott) Harbison began his ministry at St. Luke’s on June 18, 2007. Prior to being called to St. Luke’s Scott served for eight years at First Presbyterian Church in Tomball, Texas. He was ordained February 19, 1995, and previously served churches in South Carolina and New York. In addition to pastoral work, he has served as Director of Camps and Conferences for Foothills Presbytery in Greenville, SC, and Assistant Camp Director of Camp Wilmot in Danbury, NH.
Scott’s higher education path began with his Bachelor of Science degree from Mississippi State University, a Master of Arts in Christian Education from The Presbyterian School of Christian Education, and a Master of Divinity from Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary. Ministries involving camp leadership, youth, recreation, and young adults in the Presbytery of New Covenant for 10 years tapped his enthusiastic and energetic talents. This enthusiasm is one of the many gifts he brings to St. Luke’s.
